Shaikh Zakzaky Followers Donate Blood in Honor of Imam Husaini (AS)

As is customary each year, during the commemoration of the Karbala incident, followers of Shaikh Ibrahim Zakzaky from various parts of Nigeria have donated blood in honor of Imam Husaini (AS).
In the Katsina region, Shaikh Zakzaky's followers joined their brethren in giving blood as a tribute to Imam Husaini (AS). The blood donation began on Monday with men donating first, followed by women on Tuesday, July 23.
The National Blood Transmission Service of Katsina State visited the Shaikh Zakzaky followers' center in Kofar Marusa to collect the blood.
Extensive screening tests were conducted before the blood was accepted to ensure that the donors were healthy and eligible to donate blood without any complications. Each potential donor underwent a thorough health check to comply with the blood donation guidelines.
Health workers from ISMA greatly assisted in ensuring the blood donation process adhered to all regulations.
